Chicken Beer Noodle

I opened the fridge and then... HHHHMMMmmMmmm.... what should I eat for dinner tonight?

I've got a bottle of Kingfisher Beer left and two big bags of ginger (leftover from my bummie). Then I thought, what the heck? Let's have chicken beer noodle soup since I've been craving for it as my chillout buddy LUE-BEN Fang has been reminding me about Saemporna's Yummy Chicken Wine Mee Sua. Hmmffff....

So here it goes...

Kingfisher beer said, "Hello boiling chicken... are you ready to take a bath with me?"

The "secret" ingredients - Kingfisher Beer (notice it is DIET lagi tu...!), and Hakka Egg Noodles (well, what to do? can't find any mee sua). Can you see the "steam" from the beer chicken soup? (right)


The end product - Kingfisher Beer Chicken Hakka Egg Noodle Soup! Hee hee hee....

I gave a bowl to my Apartment Manager - Satya. Thinking that he might not like the taste as there are no spices or any curry or masala powder like a typical Indian food, I left him the bowl of noodles and went back to my apartment. So in case if he doesn't like it, he need not force himself to swallow in front of me.

20 mins later, he called...

Satya : Hi, Satya here.
Me : Oh.. hi satya
Satya : I finish completely everything
Me : Ohhhhhhhh! The noodles! You like it?
Satya : It's beautiful... the tastes is BEAU-TI-FULLLLLL....! I finished all completely.

Now was that a success or what? Hee hee heeeeeee....
